PREFERRED 
MAINTENANCE 
COVERAGE
Global CTI preferred coverage provides you with a maintenance service plan that gives you peace of mind if a problem would occur on your system during peak work hours. Preferred coverage maintenance on your hardware and software configurations includes all the support needed to clear faults quickly and to maximize the availability of your systems, equipment, and applications.

The preferred coverage 8×5, option is business day maintenance coverage from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Global CTI’s assigned holidays. A Standard 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. maintenance coverage is as follows:

  1. For major outages our response time is within four hours, and the trouble can possibly be fixed same-day if the trouble ticket is In by 1 p.m. A “major outage” is one in which 50 percent or more of the telephone instruments and/or the main switchboard equipment are not operational.
  2. Anything other than a major outage is considered a minor failure. For minor service problems, remedial maintenance will be provided within 24 hours of notification. However, remedial maintenance for minor service problems will be performed only during the coverage period.

PREMIUM 
MAINTENANCE 
COVERAGE
The premium coverage 24×7, option gives you the same coverage as the preferred coverage 8×5, but also provides support on major outages around the clock, 24-hour-per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A premium 24×7 maintenance coverage is as follows:

Anything other than a major outage is considered a minor failure. For minor service problems, remedial maintenance will be provided within 24 hours of notification. However, remedial maintenance for minor service problems will be conducted only between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding any holidays observed by Global CTI. The source of the failure will be detected and isolated and remedial measures will be commenced.

REPLACEMENT 
PARTS FOR DATA 
AND PHONE 
SYSTEMS
Replacement parts for your phone or data system and labor to install them are included in your maintenance agreement with Global CTI. Our trained technicians will arrange for the replacement part or device to be delivered to your site by the next business day. Typical replacement parts for include: switches, telephones, messaging, adjunct devices, network modules, line cards, and parts for networking devices.
