Basic communications platform which is expandable up to three lines and eight stations.
Norstar: Systems – Compact ICS
Scalable communications platform. Able to grow to 8 lines by 24 stations. Supports ISDN BRI, voicemail and ACD.
Norstar: Systems – Modular ICS
Robust platform provides more power, more growth capacity and more advanced applications than the Compact system. Supports ISDN BRI and PRI, T1 and Companion mobility.
Business Series Terminals
Overview
As the next-generation telephones that build on the Norstar Telephone Portfolio, the Business Series Terminals set the standard for durability, reliability and flexibility. These products can be deployed to support both the Business Communications Manager and Norstar systems with full backward-compatibility, so you can add them to your existing voice infrastructure to cost-effectively scale voice connectivity as your business grows.

The T7208 is an enhanced level, multi-line telephone with an integrated LCD that is ideally suited for moderate call volume users such as office professionals and technical specialists.
Business Series Terminal T7316E
The T7316E is a full-featured, expandable, multi-line telephone designed for high call volume positions requiring access to extensive system features. Typical users include supervisors, managers, executives, and other business professionals.
Business Series Terminal T7316E + T24 KIM
The T7316E + T24 KIM is an expandable desktop telephone solution designed for administrative assistants, receptionists and emergency contact centers for centralized and efficient call distribution.
Business Series Terminal T7406E
The Business Series Terminal T7406E is a full-featured, multi-line telephone for businesses that would benefit from a workplace mobility solution. It supports 1 to 8 users with mobile access up to 1000 feet away from the base station, and is backwards compatible with all versions of Norstar ICS and Business Communications Manager.
Business Series Terminals T7100
The T7100 is an entry level, single-line telephone designed for public areas such as lobbies, cafeterias, hallways, break rooms, or other locations where use is occasional.
Digital Doorphone
Enables office personnel to talk directly with visitors prior to their entering a business. When a visitor presses the Call Button, the Norstar system rings the designated phone(s) in an office and allows two-way conversation.
Norstar: Messaging
Overview
Norstar offers a comprehensive suite of messaging products and applications that address the communication needs of small to mid-size businesses, from under 10 to as many as 300 employees. Applications include voicemail, desktop messaging, and digital networking. Each solution is fully integrated with Norstar business communications systems and telephones and takes full advantage of Norstar’s digital technology.

Messaging 150 delivers a scalable and sophisticated messaging platform for small-to-medium-sized businesses that require up to 300 subscriber mailboxes and 82 hours of message storage. Norstar VoIP Gateway
Overview
The Norstar VoIP Gateway is a VoIP trunk-side networking solution that enables voice applications to be handled over the data infrastructure. The VoIP Gateway allows existing small multi-site Norstar customers to cost effectively enter into the VoIP environment while providing an opportunity for large multi-site companies with Norstar systems to slowly migrate their voice network to IP.
The Norstar VoIP Gateway is an external box that interfaces to the Norstar system over up to four loop start analog lines, providing a 10/100 BaseT Ethernet connection LAN.
